<p>PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Washington is accepting proposals for the provisions of the following professional services to the Township of Washington during year 2026:</p>
<p style="text-align:center"><strong>Land Use Board Attorney</strong></p>
<p>A copy of this proposal document may be obtained at the office of the Township Clerk, 43 Schooley’s Mountain Ave., Long Valley, NJ 07853.&nbsp; All proposals shall be submitted to Denean Probasco, Township Clerk, 43 Schooley’s Mountain Ave., Long Valley, NJ 07853 by Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Please send “ATTN: Proposal for 2026 Land Use Board Attorney.”</p>

<h3>NOTICE OF RFP</h3>
<p>The Township of Washington is soliciting proposals through the competitive contracting process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1, et seq.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">Sealed RFP responses will be received by the Purchasing Agent on January 6, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Washington Township Municipal Building, 43 Schooley’s Mountain Road, Long Valley, NJ 07853 at which time and place responses will be opened and read for:</p>
<h3>Installation, Maintenance and Operation of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations</h3>
<p style="text-align:justify">RFP responses must be made on the standard proposal forms, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the respondent and the “<u>R</u><u>FP TITLE Installation, Maintenance and Operation of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations”</u> on the outside, addressed to Kathleen Holzer, Purchasing Agent, at the address above.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">Specifications and instructions may be obtained at the Purchasing Office or on the Washington Township Website,&nbsp;<a href="http://www.wtmorris.org" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">www.wtmorris.org</a>.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">Any RFP Addenda will be issued on the website, and processed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23(c)(1). All interested respondents should check the website from now through RFP opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.</p>
<p>Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C 17:27 et seq.</p>

<p> 1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A photocopy of the bidder's Federal Affirmative Action Plan Approval Letter; or </p>

Asphalt aprons as well as granite block curb are included. Work also includes resetting and reconstruction of most inlets on these roads and restriping the road when with prior existing striping. The <u>Alternate Bid</u> involves the entire length of Nancy Terrace from Mission Road to Naughright Road. The work includes approximately 8,850 SY milling &amp; 1,065 Tons 9.5M64 Surface Course. The remaining scope of work mirrors the Base Bid. </p>
