MUNICIPAL CLERK – Full-time, salary range $57,000-$75,000 DOQ. Responsibilities include serving as secretary to the governing body and municipal corporation; chief administrative officer of elections; chief registrar of voters; all licensing and permits not assigned to another official; custodian of records and other related duties as assigned. RMC or ability to obtain within one-year and five years of experience in a clerk’s office required. Must have experience in preparation of meeting agendas, resolutions and minutes, be able to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines and be proficient with office and/or similar programs. Experience with insurance claims reporting, staff supervision and Municipal Registrar certification a plus. Requires work outside of normal hours for governing body meetings. ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR – Full-time, salary range $50,000-$82,000 DOQ. Responsibilities will include project management; assisting with the administration of personnel matters, budgeting, affordable housing and purchasing; website content management. Five years municipal government experience or combination of experience and public administration education required. Must have office management and supervisory experience, be able to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines and be proficient with office and/or similar programs. Experience with human resources, purchasing, affordable housing, insurance claims reporting, Joomla or similar CMS and preparation of resolutions a plus.  Requires work outside of normal hours for meetings, emergencies and special events. BUILDINGS, GROUNDS AND PARKS HELP – Part-time, seasonal; $18-$23 per hour. 29 Hours per week. Requires mowing, cleaning of parks, offices, bathrooms and kitchens; trash removal. Applicants should be able to perform manual labor under all weather conditions and be able to understand and carry out verbal instructions. Applicants must be able to safely operate grass cutting equipment, weed wackers, chippers, and similar equipment as directed.
