The Shade Tree Commission will be leading a volunteer planting its annual planting event on Saturday, April 6. This year's planting will talke place along Kings Ridge Dr. We have tree stakes, tree ties, Terrasorb™(water retaining granules), and deer guards and are expecting delivery of the trees soon. We are asking participants to meet at 9:00 am  on Kings Ridge Drive for brief planting instructions/demonstration before we begin to plant.  The planting will take place along Kings Ridge Drive and will last until 1:00p.m.  If you interested in participating, please contact Steve Zaikowski at  201-874-9105.
