Flu vaccines for ages 5 years and older

COVID Vaccine for 12 yrs and older (Pre-registration)

Senior Flu Vaccines will be available for those age 65 and older

Date:  September 28th, 2023

TIME: 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM

Location:  Washington Township Senior Center

No cost for the Flu vaccine for most insurance plans. Please note, we are unable to accept HMO’s that require a doctor’s name on the card or Medicaid Insurance.

At the Clinic:

1. Please bring all insurance cards to the clinic to determine eligibility.
2. Cash Price is $40.00 for flu vaccine
3. A parent/guardian is required to be present with children under the age of 18.
4. A provider from Green Brook Family Medicine will be available at the clinic to address any Influenza vaccine related questions.
