On May 15, Governor Murphy signed EO-144 ordering the mailing to every registered voter a vote-by-mail ballot or application ahead of the primary election and EO-145 allowing elective surgeries and invasive procedures to resume on May 26.

On May 14, EO-143 was signed by the Governor allowing beaches, boardwalks, lakes, and lakeshores to remain open with social distancing measures in place.
