Thank you for your interest in joining the  Washington Township Green Team and Long Valley Fire Company at this year's Fireworks, Food Trucks, and Green Living Festival! As we gear up to celebrate another year, we couldn't be more excited to showcase our wonderful local vendors and organizations that embrace sustainability and help to promote eco-consciousness. We are equally excited to welcome back all of our local organizations and volunteer committees that oversee environmental and sustainability issues or land preservation/ conservation as their main goals!  

The "Green Festival" potion of the event will run from 5pm-8:30pm, and will once again be held on Saturday August 26th from 5pm-8:30pm in the field behind the Long Valley Middle School. (51 West Mill Road, Long Valley, NJ 07853. Please note that the Food Trucks, Live Music, and Beer Garden will not open until 6pm. In the event of rain or inclement weather, the festival will be postponed until Sunday August 27th at the same time and location. Vendors and exhibitors will be notified via the email or phone number provided below. 

Exhibitors will be allowed to begin setting up their tent spaces anytime after 4pm on Saturday, but must be fully set up and have their vehicles parked by no later than 4:45pm in anticipation of the 5pm Green Festival start time. Green team members will direct exhibitors to their assigned booth locations as they arrive.

Please note: exhibitors will be allowed one parking spot per booth, near their tent, all others joining them will be asked to park in the General Admission lot. All tents, tables, belongings, and vehicles must be completely packed up/ removed from the field by no later than 8:30pm before the fireworks display begins at 8:45pm sharp, or you will be asked to remain until their conclusion.
