Storm update - 8/7/2020 - 8 PM

At today’s Mayor’s call with JCP&L, I was updated on the restoration in Washington Township. JCP&L repaired another 1987 homes today. Leaving 2156 outages remaining in town, or 30% of our homes as of 7 PM. JCP&L is still working to restore 90% of homes in this Township by Sunday but I don't have any street-level restoration data at this time. If you have an outage, or see a line down, please call 1-888-544-4877 (1-888-LIGHTSS) to report it.

We have been working to re-open our roads and many have been opened, including; schooley’s mtn road, east and west springtown, middle valley rd, flocktown, Fairview at Scenic Falls rd and green hill rds. The Township is keeping a list of the remaining road closures here: https://www.wtmorris.org/…/news/township…/road-closures.html
