Once logged in, select top left corner,     Your Menu

on the then select:        schedule an appointment

Click the button that says "COVID and/or Flu Vaccine"(employer based)

Click on   "Covid-19 vaccine"  and answer all of the questions

Select your time slot and click "schedule" !
