The Hope One (mobile outreach for addiction, recovery and mental health services) and Navigating Hope (mobile outreach for social services) vans will be at the Long Valley Pharmacy on Monday December 16, 2019 from 10 AM-3 PM and 9 AM-2 PM respectively. This date is a rescheduling after a weather cancellation on December 2.
