Two Ordinances Adopted at February Township Committee Meeting
The following ordinances were adopted at the February 15, 2023 meeting of the Township Committee.

[SUMMARY – Would increase the cap on specified budget appropriations from 2.5% to 3.5% and any difference between budgeted appropriations for items inside the cap and 3.5% would be added to a cap bank. [SUMMARY – grants an easement in Rock Spring Park to Elizabethtown Gas Company for the purpose of providing gas service to the senior center.
