FLU VACCINE CLINICS FOR AGES 5 THROUGH ADULT

Washington Township & Green Brook Family Medicine are providing flu vaccines on

September 18    11:00 am to 1:00 pm

September 28    3:00 pm to 6:30 pm

at the Washington Township Senior Center, 35 E Springtown Road, Long Valley

No pre-registration is required.

No cost for the vaccine for most insurance plans. Please note that we are unable to accept HMOs that require a doctor's name on the card, or Medicaid insurance. Cash price is $40

Please bring all insurance cards to determine eligibility.  

A parent/guardian is required to be present for those under the age of 18.

A provider from Green Brook Family Medicine will be available to address any vaccine related questions.
