The Highlands Council has scheduled six public hearings to solicit public comment on draft Highlands Plan Conformance Procedures before the Council can adopt the procedures as an amendment to the Highlands Regional Master Plan.  In addition, a 60-day written comment period regarding the procedures will close on May 28, 2019, as specified in the attached notice. Complete details are available in the attached public notice.  They welcome your attendance at these hearings and any comments you may have regarding the draft procedures. Finally, Highlands Council staff are available to schedule meetings to discuss the draft procedures with you during this comment period.
